Authorization: Some of the features in the app might be disabled until the account is verified. The verification is initiated when the user scans or enters a Barcode for the first time. A separate verification might be required for each location.

Email: We reserve the right to email the user for service call related communication.

Phone Number: We reserve the right to call the user's phone number after service call is placed, and the service call may not be responded to unless the phone number is valid.

GPS: Location is used for verification of service and equipment location.

Accuracy: All details should be provided correctly to avail services.

Termination: If the phone is lost or if user ceases to hold the position in the organization, please inform us at Advantage to terminate the account for security and privacy reasons.
